Course 454-319/1: Voice over IP

The aim of this project is an implementation of the advanced supplementary services based on the Trixbox. The Call center will be implemented with IVR (Interactive Voice Response), the sophisticated routing rules for agents and the automatic call recording and a meet-me conference room, Presence and Instant Messaging. A user-friendly web management is required for end users and administrator as well as ISDN trunk to PBX. An interoperability test with many SIP phones as much as possible. The project manager (PM) is responsible for a coordination of the team activities and the project delivery. PM should prepare a design of VoIP topology and specify the requirements for the project as soon as possible.
