Project Submission:
The aim of this project is apply a DNS for the E.164
resolving and the service resolving . The students will use NAPTR and
SRV records in DNS and SIP key elements Asterisk, SER and GnuGK. This project is focused on an using DNS in IP telephony. The project manager (PM) is responsible for a
coordination of the team activities and the project delivery. PM should
prepare a design of VoIP topology and specify the requirements for the
project as soon as possible.
Guidelines for delivery:
- deliver labeled CD with required project, CD label must include: Project ID, date of delivery and name of project manager
- a practical demonstration in the last week of semester
- there is required the completed project documentation containing
a schema, description, configuration files with comments and
clear instructions, troubleshooting and conclusion
