Course 454-319/1: Voice over IP


Project Submission:  
The aim of this project is an implementation of the IP telephony based on SIP and H.323 with following components: GnuGK, OpenSER, CiscoGW interconnected with PBX of university via ISDN and Cisco IP2IP gateway which will be used as a translation Gateway between H.323 and SIP. This project is focused on an interoperability between  H.323 and SIP. The project manager (PM)  is responsible for a coordination of the team activities and the project delivery. PM should prepare a design of VoIP topology and specify the requirements for the project as soon as possible.

Guidelines for delivery:

• deliver labeled CD with required project, CD label must include: Project ID, date of delivery and name of project manager
• a practical demonstration in the last week of semester
• there is required the completed project documentation containing a schema,  description, configuration files with comments and clear instructions, troubleshooting and conclusion
