Course 454-319/1: Voice over IP


Project Submission:  
The aim of this project is an implementation of the SIP IP telephony based on SW PBX Asterisk with Web-based front-end and Trixbox with HUDlite. A  peering of created solution with university network will be done through SIP and on the other side there will be connected PBX through ISDN. This project is focused on a comparision the mentioned solutions. The project manager (PM)  is responsible for a coordination of the team activities and the project delivery. PM should prepare a design of VoIP topology and specify the requirements for the project as soon as possible.

Guidelines for delivery:

• deliver labeled CD with required project, CD label must include: Project ID, date of delivery and name of project manager
• a practical demonstration in the last week of semester
• there is required the completed project documentation containing a schema,  description, configuration files with comments and clear instructions, troubleshooting and conclusion
